The front desk agents were very warm and willing to answer our questions, but seems like they could be more knowledgeable with public transport around the hotel. Everything was neat. Rooms were very clean and everything was comfortable. I couldn't really complain about anything in the hotel. Also, the hotel granted our request of our rooms being close to each other and on a higher floor.

Excellent location. Minutes to the train station then few stop to the heart of Boston. Very convenient. Staff is very polite and well responded. Parking is secured and enough capacity. Completely renovated super clean room. There was nothing I can complain. Note that breakfast is nothing special just typical Hampton inn.

Very central to my son university MIT. The place is clean and airy Very peaceful and quiet Parking is a plus which is excellent. It was my second time I love it, home away from home. Will recommend it to anyone. Thanks

Right next to the Lechmere T-station, but you could walk most places (the Science Museum is about 10 min walking). Very quiet. Breakfast was good, just like most Hampton Inn hotels.

Many hotels have gone down hill during the pandemic and they aren't taken care of. This one has been upgraded since I was last there. I appreciated that it looked taken care of.
